🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship with UPS as our official carrier.
Rates are calculated based on the customer’s location within the United States:

• Florida → $5.99

• Neighboring states to Florida (Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina) → $6.99

• Other U.S. states → $7.99

• Alaska & Hawaii → $9.99

👉 Orders over $100 qualify for FREE shipping nationwide.

📦 Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Delivery time depends on the customer’s location, typically 2–5 business days.

• During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), delivery times may be slightly longer.

🧾 Legal Requirements & Age Verification

• Since we sell tobacco products, UPS requires an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

• The recipient must present a valid government-issued ID to verify age.

• If no adult is available, UPS will attempt delivery again.

📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping due to import restrictions and tobacco regulations.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• For health and safety regulations, tobacco products cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or incorrect items received.

• Accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
